Today, we proudly celebrate International Girl Child Day at Panjabari Circle, Hengrabari Circle, Khanapara Circle of Dispur (Khanapara) ICDS Project Kamrup Metro.
We promise to support and empower girls to achieve their dreams. We will ensure their rights, education, health, and happiness.

As part of the Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao initiative, we have organized various activities to promote girl child empowerment:
- We have held an awareness rally,
- Distributed posters,
- Conducted public awareness campaigns to spread the message.
- We have also distributed sanitary pads to promote menstrual health and hygiene,
- Provided career counseling to guide girls towards their dreams.
- Additionally, we have distributed pamphlets in schools,
- Used social media to raise awareness,
- Planted trees in the name of the girl child and women,
- Organized community clean-up drives.
