The Guwahati Urban ICDS Project secured the first prize in the Cooking Competition at the Eat Right Mela.
The event was organized by the Kamrup Metropolitan District (Food Safety) in collaboration with the Commissioner of Food Safety, Assam, under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Assam.
The award was received by the Kasturi Das Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), along with supervisors and Anganwadi workers, who played a crucial role in promoting healthy eating habits.
The competition highlighted the importance of balanced diets, traditional cooking methods, and the use of fresh, wholesome ingredients to ensure better nutrition for children and families.
